Our Direct Law Service is a hosted service powered by Rapidocs, specifically designed for law firms and independent paralegals. The service offers interactive documents and forms through the web browser (i.e, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.). We can also develop or redesign your existing law firm web site to support the delivery of legal services over the Internet.

The DirectLaw Hosting Service includes:

A secure and individualized custom-designed web site that has the look and feel of your primary law firm web site;
Hosting of forms or document templates created by your law firm in Rapidocs Solo or templates authored by Rapidocs from our document inventory;
Client tracking and report generation to monitor the number of documents used by a particular client; client assigned user names and passwords system linked to accountable staff;

An optional add-on of thousands of pages of legal information content, developed by MyLawyer.com, Inc. and managed by our TEAMS content management engine; and

The Data Server option which supports integration with internal databases and case management systems. Data can populate a form from a case management system or, alternatively, data can be exported from a form to a case management system.
